Making the most of your SharePoint investment with Business Process Management

.. In a 2010 AIIM survey, respondents reported that managing process change was the biggest single deployment issue they encountered during their SharePoint implementation projects. The seminar addressed business risks areas where organisations push SharePoint beyond its best use and have incorrect assumptions around the workflow or process automation capabilities. Suggestions were made as to how enterprises can avoid these business risks and strategize the best way forward. It then focussed on how to extend and enhance the SharePoint ecosystem with Dynamic BPM, when to do it and what benefits you can expect from it. A report summarising the seminar has been made available for download at http://www.xmpro.com/jumpto/articleswhitepapers.
