In this small paper we will try to cover some of them that we believe are important in decision making. We do not really address this paper to programmer. It is rather for decision making people in company management team or even owners in the case of small business. Let's begin with the simple check if upgrade is an option for your company or not:

1. Are you eligible to obtain new version license? If you have current annual contract with SAP which is typically paid in the beginning of the calendar year to your consulting company then you can go ahead and upgrade your old version. If your contract lapsed then you have to discuss with your consulting firm how to reenroll your company into the support plan

2. The reasons to update the version. First of all it is technology obsolescence. Old version might not be compatible with new version of Microsoft SQL Server, 64 bit operating system. The new ISO 50001 standard defines the requirements for the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of energy management systems. It is designed to help organizations to continuously improve the energy performance of commercial and industrial buildings, optimize their use and reduce their operating costs. It was officially released on the 15 June 2011.

To meet the new standard's requirements, Schneider Electric began adapting its energy management system in late 2010, based on the various drafts. Its compliance with ISO 50001 has been recognized by AFNOR Certification2.

The study, conducted by http://www.lightningtools.com, initially asked the respondents 'Do you feel that you use your company email inappropriately?' To which almost a third, 32%, answered 'yes.' To look into the matter further, the respondents who answered 'yes' were then asked what they used their email for that they deemed to be 'inappropriate.'

According to the research from http://www.lightningtools.com, more than two fifths, 41%, of the respondents who admitted to using their staff email inappropriately explained that they had used it for sending 'funny images' to colleagues, whilst a further 48% stated that they had used it to 'gossip' with their co-workers.

Furthermore according to http://www.lightningtools.com, over a tenth, 11%, of the respondents who claimed that they had used the staff email system inappropriately admitted to 'flirting' with other employees in some way.

The respondents that were asked what they had done that they deemed to be inappropriate, from a list of multiple answers, were also given the opportunity to select 'other' and specify what they had done. One respondent claimed to have sent 'nude images' of themselves to another employee.
